How can I receive email notifications for Field Data Chemistry Exceedances?

If you wish to also receive notifications of exceedances triggered by Field Chemistry Results:

Confirm required environmental standard is uploaded into ESdat and has been associated with either the Site or the Location Code. See Environmental Standard FAQ for more information on uploading Environmental Standards. 

Under Projects ensure you have the Manage Permission for the relevant project that data will be imported into. 

Under Sites, check that Regulatory Notifications is checked.

Expand the Field Management section of the menu, and Monitoring Round subsection. 

Select Field Result Exceedances from the menu. 

Check that the Notify Via Email check box is checked on. 

For individual users: Set your individual notification settings.

Navigate to the user menu, select edit Account and Select the Notification Settings Tab. 

Expand the Lab Report menu and select “Lab Report has Exceedances”

Ensure that notify via email is checked on to receive email notifications for exceedances triggered from lab report results. 

If you wish to also receive notifications of exceedances triggered by Field Chemistry Results 

Expand the Field Management section of the menu, and Monitoring Round subsection. 

Select Field Result Exceedances from the menu. 

Check that the Notify Via Email check box is checked on.
