Changes made to the Lab Report details, Samples and Results are tracked and recorded for review. When fields are updated the old and new values are recorded together with the date and person who made the changes.

Changes to the Lab Report as a whole, such as approval and revoke.

Changes to Samples, such as entering a Matrix Description.

Changes to Results, such as comments and data qualifiers.
